Speed Story Sharing

Like speed dating, but not. Participants in this workshop will join together to practice empathic engagement and listening skills in a sort of rapid-fire exchange of brief outlines of each other’s stories and experiences. Arranged in two concentric circles facing each other, participants will move around the circle sharing and hearing each other’s varying perspectives and experiences while practicing guidelines for constructive and empathetic conversation, with the opportunity to group all together at the end to explore what they learned or experienced through the exercise.
